Corporations and organizations are like people, they are living, evolving entities that create patterns of thinking and behavior that are responsible for both the successes and strengths of the organization, as well as its failures and limitations. And like people, organizations are well served by having someone outside of themselves whose sole responsibility it is to identify those patterns of thinking and behavior, and create new ones that help the organization rise to greater heights of success, consciousness and achievement. For as Albert Einstein once stated, “the significant problems we face cannot be resolved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”
Over the last twenty years of my life, I have been fortunate to work with some of the best and leading companies in America, helping to guide their vision and development, and create new habits of thinking and behavior that have helped make them better stewards of imagination, creativity, and most importantly, people.
